You can do it by loading the new firmware on a USB key...but it is pretty complicated and the firmware is only available with a password at the Toshiba website....if you make a mistake the copier will be unusable...

It depends what the copier is doing, is it giving error codes one of the main faults on the copier is it dumps colour toner and that causes problems need more info
