Is there a way to retrieve lost data from lockbox?

I updated my phone and lost EVERYTHING in my LockBox!

You can only retrieve your data if you have backed-up your phone (hopefully recently) or exported your lockbox contents using the "export data" function. Otherwise, you may be out of luck.

From LOCKBOX: IMPORTANT from LOCKBOX: Do not use this app on iOS7 as iOS7 causes incompatibility errors, and in some instances makes existing iOS6 passwords unrecoverable!

you can connect to pc and roll back to ios 10 until the lockbox has an update
