How to I find instructions for vivitar vpt 120 tripod

Can't find the 360, but Vivitar will support the VPT-350 Pro. Could not find a manual, but please try to contact support via this link.

Not sure if this one works with your model exactly(doesn't have the "se" in the model number) but worth a try.

Because your tripod is not supported by the manufacturer; parts lists and pars are not available, you should measure the opening and see what other brand quick releases will work paying attention to the shape and locking mechanism. Otherwise just get another tripod.
