The only requirement for a sea going vessel to use a light that is flashing red at all is for a wind in ground craft. (a pontoon enabled aircraft) that is flying close to, landing on or taking off from water.
Do you mean the red light at the top of the phone? On my phone when the red light blinks on the handset,that means there is a new call on the answering machine:)
M7310 does not have a red light. And even if it did you answered your own question....you left that phone a message so now it flashes to let that person know they have a message. F65 to see who left message F#65 to clear MSG and/or light.
Make sure that when charging the battery pack it must be attached to a
wii-mote otherwise this may cause a flashing red light.
If the battery pack is attached to the wii-mote and you still have a flashing red light this may indicate that there could a problem with the battery pack itself.
