When we switch between HD and DVD inputs the HD and DVD show up in the left hand corner of the screen and we aren't able to hide it. I don't think it used to be that way but now we can't get rid of it.

Allow me to look at the manul real quick and I will see if you have a menu setting for what is displayed during viewing, My first guess is to press the "DISPLAY" button on your remote. Back in a few minutes.

I cannot find any reference in the owners manual that describes why a Video label constantly displays. If it is displying when you turn off the TV, then Press the TV/Video button till you see Channel number appear. Then turn it off. Check in the Video input labeling section of the menu where you set the label to DVD and HD to see if there is a setting not described in the manual for displaying the Video Input Label all the time.
