I wasn't able to find their web site. The suspected website is for sale and I found that the inventor has died. It may be that it is no longer being made under that name.

What does code 888 mean

I have not seen that code on these pool heaters. You might want to check in the owners manual and follow their troubleshooting flow chart to find the source of your problem.

I turn the tv on it stay on for one second then it goes off thats when the lamp button comes on its red. then the red light comes on and it stays on although the tv is off the red lamp light is still on

Your lamp timer may be maxed out which means you should change the lamp and reset the lamp timer. When the timer max's out it won't turn on till it is reset.

My sony hgtv KDP-57WS550 will not turn on. the red light will blink 10 times over and over. i can hear the click when i turn it on but no picture. ive tried unpluging it for 5 minutes and still nothing.

Check your lamp. It may be burnt out. Or the lamp timer is maxed out. Check your manual to see what the flashes indicate the problem to be.

Sounds like you may have the wrong lamp. Make sure you purchased a Philips lamp that's 100% compatible with your television model. Philips pioneered that lamp, so naturally they make 100 different types for DLPs and LCD projections.

You may have an elliptical lamp instead of parabolic. The lamp for your TV should read P22h.

The TV does not work and the red and green light flash together

This could mean your lamp is bad or your lamp timer is max and needs to be reset. Check your manual to see what the blinking lights mean.

Most likely the lamp has failed. The red light will blink with a pattern (number of flashes then a pause) You can refer to the users manual for information as to the nature of the problem by the aforementioned pattern.

Correct voltage for lamp connection?

(Lamp may light and go out) suspect bad lamp part # 915P020010 2. Check for 12-volts DC at J-9 connector pin 4 on the Engine Driver PCB, if missing check for an open F9A09 on the Power PCB, if it is open replace F9A09 part # 283P127060 and the Light Engine part # 939P977020 3. (Lamp may light and go out) Check for 5-volts DC at J-9 connector pin 1 and 2 on the Engine Driver PCB if low or missing check C9A37 and C9A38 both 3300 UFD 10 V part # 181P732040 on the Power PCB (part # 930B921002) 4. At power on the lamp turns on and off three times and then the unit shuts down with a red lamp LED (lamp error). Replace the Light Engine part # 939P977020 5. Lamp enable line at J14 pin 6 does not switch to 5 volts after turn on, 12 and 5 volt supplies are good. Suspect the Light Engine part # 939P977020 6. Lamp enable line at connector J14 pin 6 on the Engine Driver PCB switches to 5 volts after turn on and does go to 0-volts (low) after 5 seconds, 12 and 5 volt supplies are good. Suspect the Lamp Power PCB (ballast) part # 939P978010 7. Lamp enable line at connector J14 pin 6 on the Engine Driver PCB switches to 5 volts after turn on but does not go back to 0-volts (low) after 5 seconds, 12 and 5 volt supplies are good. Suspect the Light Engine part # 939P977020 .

Replacement Status remote control model RCT-08 needed. It’s not that the setup needs re-programming, its because the push buttons’ plastic covers are wearing through and then begin to fail, probably because the switches underneath get displaced/misaligned or because of dust etc getting into the works. I don't think we should have to buy a new full set of sockets. Can anyone please advise where I can get a replacement Status remote (model RCT-08) without having to buy any more sockets? Waste not, want not .....

What are the best High Def Settings to use for an analog TV with high definition and standard cable television to optimize the picture's resolution? The TV is a Sony FD Trinitron WEGA KV-27FS100 27 I'd also like to know if a 3 ended video cable with red, green, and blue labeled jacks and a cable splitter is the ideal way to optimize the picture of this analog TV with cable or if there's an adapter to HDMI or something else that's suggested? I have the original Sony remote, too, if switching any settings there makes sense. I'd also like to know if there's a way to "turn up the picture" to eliminate red, green and blue stripes at the top of the screen since a cable firmware or HD technology had taken place. This occurs even when I select channels that don't inclue HD in the name. Thanks.
