The error comes up when the unit software is updated and the update has failed. The error UE in fact means Update Error. What you need to do is to repeat the update and let it install completely.
Please let me know how this goes.

All you have to do is connect the coaxial out from pc to any audio i/p at the back of vsx d512.but ensure you select the right channel to play the audio ( eg. tape i/p select tape at front control, aux i/p select the aux at front control )

SOURCE: Pioneer VSX-D411 receiver "Amp Error" message

Hello,
Unfortunatelly your receiver has failed. The front panel is telling you one of the power modules is probably bad. Not an DIY type of repair. These parts are near $40.00, plus cost of replacing.
Look at options to replace your trusted receiver with a new one.
Good luck

I have a Pioneer VSX-60 with a UE22. can not find the update file on Pioneer website

Not a good idea to update the software!
According to the User manual a UE22 code indicates a failed software update. (scroll to p. 75). If you haven't tried to update the firmware in the receiver then perhaps the wrong buttons have been operated on the remote control which placed the receiver in the update "mode".

How do I clear a UE22 error on a Pioneer VSX-1021-k receiver?

Just because it irritates me when people act like know-it-alls. . . this IS a problem, "yes", I have RTM as well as tried every other idea I've come across on the internet. Yes, I have repeated it. No, it still doesn't work. Yes, in googling further and actually reading through the threads there are many people having this problem. No, there is not a good answer other than buy a new receiver if it's out of warranty.

I've got a vsx-920-k Pioneer receiver with s-11 Pioneer speakers and a s-21w Pioneer subwoofer. All of a sudden my sub stopped working and it seems like it's stuck in standby mode (blue light...

The manual is here...

Flashing Blue is not defined in the manual.

Have you tried changing the Auto Standby switch to ON?

You can prove if the sub amp will respond to a known good input by TURNING ITS VOLUME DOWN tp start and just feeding it ANY RCA output from the receiver while playing, say, FM (to keep it simple). That way you would known in which direction the problem actually lies (internal or external).
