Hi,
try a shot of WD-40 lubricant in the lock, work the key around, a tumbler may be stuck Try it again next day after the lube has a chance to to work..

Otherwise, your key may be damaged or the wrong one. Contact the maker of the safe to get a new one.

Nutool SF20 electronic digital safe

Here are a few steps you can try to unlock your Nutool SF20 electronic digital safe:
  1. Double-check the battery installation: Make sure the batteries are correctly installed and not dead.
  2. Try the default code: Many safes come with a valuable default code in opening the safe when you forget your code or if the keypad stops working. The default code is usually found in the manual or inside the safe door.
  3. Check the locking mechanism: Make sure that the locking mechanism is not jammed or stuck. Try manually moving the locking mechanism with a screwdriver or other tool to see if it will release.
  4. Use the override key: If your safe has an override key, insert it into the keyhole and turn it to the left or right to open the door.
  5. Contact the manufacturer: If none of the above steps works, contact Nutool customer service. They may be able to provide you with additional troubleshooting steps or advice, or they may need to send a technician to repair or replace the safe.

Sentry S 3110. Combination lock with 3 numbers. How do I open it?

First insert the key into the lock, if there is a keyhole, and turn it until the plunger pops out. (You must have the key to unlock the safe for the keyed version of the safe.) Remove the key.
Set the dial to zero. Turn the dial to the right (clock-wise) three times (pass zero three times) then stop at the first digit in the combination. Turn the dial to the left twice and stop at the second digit given in the combination. Turn the dial to the right again and stop as soon as you reach the third digit. The safe should open.

Sentry has the manual available for the S3110 safe on the product page: http://www.sentrysafe.com/Products/36/S3110_FIRE-SAFE_Home_Safe . The direct link to the manual is http://www.sentrysafe.com/pdfs/OwnersManuals/514472.pdf . The directions for opening the safe are on page 2.

If you do not have the key and your safe has a keyhole, you probably need to contact Sentry or a locksmith.

I hope this helps.

I push in the wrong radio code 3x on my 2001 audi now its stuck on safe mode and wont let me in to push in the right code

First of all you should exit from safe mode. Then turn ON the radio and let it turned ON for at least one hour, in order to exit from safe mode.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
You must have the security anti-theft code for your VW radio from the car manufacturer, or from a VW dealer!

You can find the radio code at: http://www.radio-code.co.uk/

The sequence of a 2001 Audi Concert radio programming is:
1. Push simultaneous "SCAN" and "RDS" keys until on the screen will appear "1000" displayed.
2. Release keys. No more push on "SCAN" and "RDS" keys because otherwise number "1000" will be considered as first safe code attempt.
For example: we have the security code "5079". Then:
3. By the no.# 1 key you will set up the first safe code digit. Push 5 times on the no.# 1 button. The "5" number will be setted.
4. By the no.# 2 key you will set up the second safe code digit. Push 10 times on the no.# 2 button. The "0" number will be setted.
5. By the no.# 3 key you will set up the third safe code digit. Push 7 times on the no.# 3 button. The "7" number will be setted.
6. By the no.# 4 key you will set up the four-th safe code digit. Push 9 times on the no.# 4 button. The "9" number will be setted.
7. Then push again simultaneous "SCAN" and "RDS" keys for confirm this safe code. On the screen will be displayed "SAFE" notice. Release keys! For few seconds a radio frequence will be displayed.

The radio is now ready for use!

Please perform the following procedures while the car is parked. Otherwise you risk getting into an accident while your attention is not focused on the driving. Entering anti-theft code The following is the procedure to re-activate the radio if the display shows "SAFE". It is important that the procedure be followed in the correct order.
  1. Turn on radio. The radio display shows "SAFE".
  2. Press the FM1/2 and DX buttons simultaneously and hold until "1000" shows on the display. Release the buttons. Do NOT press these buttons again, otherwise the radio will consider "1000" to be the code.
  3. Use Preset buttons 1 ... 4 to enter the four-digit code number from your radio card. Preset button 1 corresponds to the first digit, Preset button 2 corresponds to the second digit, etc. Each press of the button increments the number by 1.
  4. Once the code shown on the display is correct, press the FM1/2 and DX buttons simultaneously and hold until the word "SAFE" appears in the display, then release the buttons.
  5. The radio should unlock and be usable shortly afterwards.
  6. If an incorrect code is entered, the word "SAFE" appears, first flashing and then continuously. You can repeat the above steps to unlock the radio once more, the number of attempts will be shown in the display. If an incorrect code is entered again, you radio will be locked for about one hour. After one hour - the radio must stay on and the key must remain in the ignition lock - if the display goes out, the you can repeat the above procedure to unlock again. The cycle - two attempts, one hour lock-up - still applies.

How to set up th ebatteries in my sentry safe DSW5781?

Locksmiths agree
1. Remove and discard the screw (if
equipped) at the base of the lock case.
2. Turn the electronic lock case to the
right (clockwise), from 12 o’clock to
2 o’clock, and remove.
• Insert 4 new AA batteries (not included) to power
this lock.
• Replace the electronic lock case and turn to the
left (to 12 o’clock) to reassemble.
NOTE: The yellow LED will light when the batteries
need to be replaced.
3. Turn the key (if your safe is equipped with a key
lock) to the right so the lock cylinder pops out.
4. Enter the factory code. When the green light appears, you
have four seconds to turn the handle down to
open. Try this several times before proceeding to
the next step.
To unlock safe:
Enter the 5-digit factory code, a pre-programmed
user code, or a pre-programmed user pin
programming instructions. When the
green LED lights you have 4 seconds to turn the
handle and open the safe.
To lock safe:
Close the door and return the handle to the
horizontal position. For greatest security, depress
the key lock (if equipped) with your finger.
