Your voltage is 220 vac and 50 hz down there and what type of electric plugs do you use but the xr 36 does not exist on brothers web site there is a xr35 and xr37?

The top of the machine is not threaded correctly. First raise the presserfot then rethread the machine. Bottom looping is usually caused by a lack of top tension. There could allso be a bur on the hook.

I believe these are the UL code and serial number. If there is a display band of decorative stitches on the front of your machine look on the bottom right of that panel. If the number there is a VX-920 there is no manual available for it BUT you can use the manual from the VX 970 which IS available. Do a search for that model manual in Spanish and you should find one.

If you have any problems with sewing machines with electronic boards or if the machine is computerised it is wise to take it to a specialist for repair.

Hi! Guy at http://www.sewingmachineparts.net/ always seems to have what I need. Here are a few other sites:
And finally, Brother's website: http://www.brother-usa.com/homesewing/
Good luck and let me know if this works.

The above is a link to manuals for your machine. Look under the manuals tab for PDF files to download.
