I have a metropcs cell. Sometimes my phone says normal calls restricted by access control when I try to make a call why?
Access control restrictions messages on a regular basis. all day long day in day out on my MetroPCS cell phone. I am so frustrated trying to use the service I pay $50.00 a month for with this new phone ZTE from MetroPCS. Why can't I call out? If you sell me a phone knowing You don't supply quality service from my home which you're aware of and give me no service to receive a call, why do you expect to get paid the full amount of my bill?
SOURCE: I want to be able to call people and have my phone number show up. Instead of show Restricted.
DO THE FOLLOWING THINGS:
MENU>SETTINGS>CALLING/PHONE>CALL>SEND MY CALLER ID>"
CHANGE IT TO SET BY NETWORK OR SHOW"
