It might be something lodged in the pump, have you tried to remove the pump and clean it?

SOURCE: Hotpoint WD64, leaking water from soap drawer

your condenser is blocked, you might be lucky and get away with just cleaning it, but most of the time it is just best to change it. You will have to take the back off again it is the plastic component with the fan motor attached, disconnect the 2 black tubes to it [note where they come from] unscrew the 3 bolts at the bottom , disconnect the wires going to the fan motor. If you are going to change the condensor you will have to take the fan motor off aswell MAKE SURE YOU DISCONNECT THE MACHINE FROM THE MAINS. GOOD LUCK

SOURCE: water leaks from the soap dispensing tray on Hotpoint WMA 56 model

In the sump hose there is a filter, remove the hose and clean out filter insert, water is being forced up dispenser hose because it cannot empty fast enough.

SOURCE: the water will not drain on my first edition wma 10 hotpoint washing machine so does not spin either any clues to where the filter is???????

Most likely something stuck in the pump. Remove front panel and hose that goes into pump. usually you will see the object. if not remove pump and look inside.

SOURCE: where do ilocate the filter on a hotpoint wma 13 washing machine

You will find the filter inside the large black sump hose fastened to the bottom of the tub..
Remove the lower panel at rear of washer, locate hose and remove same ,remove and clean filter inside hose
Refit filter and hose and test.
Plz rate my solution.

SOURCE: water coming out of drawer & door

Hi Gary,It sounds to me that you have a blockage within the pressure systemas this is a classic sign. If you take the top off the machine you will see a round switch with a few wires going to it.This is the pressure switch. at the bottom of this switch is a thin pipe, normally black or clear. there is a small spring clip holding this pipe to the switch, If you remove this pipe and gently blow down it you will probably find it is blocked. You will then need to follow this pipe to the bottom of your machine. At the bottom of the machine where this pipe is fitted you will see there is a chamber and it is this chamber likly to be blocked. Some times you may clear this with a small piece of wire by removing the small pipe and poke wire through, but best way is to see how this chamber is removed and remove it for cleaning.Ensure machine is off at mains. this chamber fills with water and causes air pressure within the switch at the top of machine, which in turn tells programe when machine is full and also when empty. If this fails then machine will not turn off water supply as long as it is on. there fore when you reconnect parts ensure they are tight and clips back in place. Good luck and hope this works. Failing this working you may need to call an engineer to check switch and possible fault on board.

Fluidmaster instructions

Turn off water at valve. Drain tank. Remove fill line that goes to bottom of tank. Remove large nut from underneath tank holding in old fill/float valve assembly. Clean area around hole in tank above and below. Get large black washer from kit put onto bottom of fluid-master pipe (lip side down). Place fluid-master into hole from top of tank to check height. Top of fluid-master valve should be even or just a bit below top of tank. To adjust hold head of fluid-master and turn pipe ccw to lengthen, cw to shorten. Once adjusted put into tank. Using large flat nut in kit tighten to tank, making sure its centered in the hole, no part of the float touching the sides of the tank, and that the small nipple on the side where the small black hose will attach is facing towards the overflow pipe. Make it nice and tight, but don\'t break it.Then re attach water supply line you removed earlier, hand tight only. Place pipe clip onto top of overflow pipe (funny looking plastic clip with metal piece attached). Attach small black hose to fill valve nipple on side of valve, other side to funny clip. You may need to cut it shorter so it doesn\'t kink. Tun on water and adjust float if required. Level should be 1/2" below top of overflow pipe.

Leaking from what looks to be the water inlet connection...however we have changed the hose, including putting a sealant around where it connects, but it still leaks.

it could be that the nut on the pipe connection tap is leaking and not your pipe fitting try tighting the nut just a small amout do not over tighten as you will crush the copper pipe and it will leak more

Hotpoint Aquarius WF 240 Front loader

first remove the soap drawer, this should expose locating holes for screws, remove these first, then remove the screws from on top of the plastic front panel and then the plastic front panel tilts forward to remove, taking extra care with wires etc the soap drawer is now loose still attached to the rubber pipe, which is now easy to get to for inspection, or removal to clear it out. first of all just check that the machine drum is not filling up totally so it is overflowing back out of the soap drawer, if so that is a different fault entirely and does not need taking to bits the same
