Drill holes through the bottom, open the door and mark the hole locations on the floor. Attach bolts to the wood or concrete floor, lower the safe over the floor bolts, and fasten nuts with lockwashers onto the bolts inside the safe. When the door is closed no one will be able to undo the nuts. Or use heavy duty lag screws tightened from inside the safe. This will prevent the casual picking up of the safe and slow any thief down.

Moving the safe to a new location

A job better left to the professionals. Or undo the bolts, or if concreted in, hire a jack hammer and dig it out.

How to bolt safe to floor

Depends on the safe and the floor. If it is a wood floor and light weight safe, you drill through the safe bottom and then run bolts or screws into the floor through the bottom of the safe. If it is a concrete floor, you need to measure, drill set molly bolt anchors, line up the safe holes with the molly anchors and set the bolts. IF it is a heavy safe, you don't need to worry about it.

I would like to bolt a honeywell safe model 1101 to the floor

Best option i see is drilling holes and using lag bolts into your floor. Depends on the floor you have. Im guessing carpet and wood underneath. Lag bolts would work fine.
