You will need to provide information about the symptoms you are trying to fix. Does it not work, is the glass loose or dropped down or what???

Sound like its not engaging in that case...replace starter

if you have knowledge in computer trouble shooting you can easily fix the problem since mostly component in pc are almost card you can replaced any time. no need more tools just simply know the trouble of the desk top you can fix it .

TROUBLE SHOOT GO TO DEVICES AND PRINTER THEN YOU WILL SEE PRINTER WITH YELLOW MARK ON IT RIGHT CLICK IT THEN ITS GOING TO ASK YOU TO TROUBLE SHOOT IT THEN IT WILL ASK YOU TO FIX IT.
