My philips gogear mix 4GB, displays error msg: 'memory is full connect to PC and delete some content'. There are only seven songs loaded!! It will still allow me to add songs up to the max capacity but it won't allow me to record voice. How do I fix this?

1. Connect your mp3 player to the computer
2. Open Windows Media Player
3. Click on the icon of your Mp3 player on the left-hand side of the Library
4. Click on the Songs, Tracks, or other Music Folder
5. Find a song or songs that you want to delete
6. Left-click the song once to highlight it
7. Press the “Delete” button on your computer’s keyboard

ok when your in the mp3s folder click on tools then folder options and then the view tab look down near the bottem of whats displayed and check the box show hidden files and folders and see if there are any files being hidden on the device if not then id say get the firmware and device manager for it and reformat it just keep the firmware and device manager handy so you can restore it if anything goes wrong after the format
