Two possibilities I can provide:

1. The fuser pressure roller is out of round and the noise is the flat spot hitting the hot roller on every rotation.

2. These printers have an envelope mode that activates a solenoid in the fuser when printing envelopes to force air out of an envelope.

If it makes the noise constantly then it is the fuser. If only as the page is exiting then it is the envelope mode.

2005 Ford Expedition: Constant thumping sound from dash when air/heat is on or off

Usually this is caused by a binding blend or mode door. The actuator keeps trying to move it and can't. Locate the exact source of the noise. Then disconnect the actuator and try opening and closing the door by hand.

There is a noise from the front end of my 2001 odyssey which became noticeable about 400 km ago. It started out as a clicking/knocking sound and is cyclical with wheel/driveline rotation/speed and would be...

it sure sounds like wheel bearings, however, the clicking/knocking sound is more related to the cv joints.
If the spindle nut was loose, it would account for a knocking sound/feel as well. Have the bearings checked before you spend crazy amounts on cv joints.

Clanking or thumping front drivers side

It is almost certainly a constant velocity joint. figure 1 to 3 hundred to have it fixed.
