this is always caused by a failed/worn out reverse clutch pack, you must remove the trans and have it overhauled to correct this failure.
SOURCE: The lower lumbar support on the driver seat will
the air lumbar is an air bladder in the seat that is inflated by an air pump. Either the Check valve in the pump has failed and not holding air in the baldder, or the bladder has cracked and is leaking. May be possible to find another seat at a junk yard that is the same as yours. Replacing the entire seat is simpler then replacing just the bladder and pump assembly.
