I have a tablet model number cmp743d my kids locked me out of my lock pattern and now it asks google name and password and I am locked out there too. Tried to reset with no luck. How can I fix it or do I just have a piece of junk bow I cant use???? Someone helpopp

hi u don't mention what tablet u r using any way try swirling over youre pattern till u reach about 15 to 20 wrong passwords if the tablet is ok it should open a page & follow instuctions hope it works for u ..

To overcome this problem you must follow my steps;

1. Keep Drawing the pattern number of times
2. Then at one time it will recognize that you forgot your pattern
3. Then it will ask for your E Mail ID and password
4. Type them then you can log in

Also > Its really very bad when we forget our password....
So i am providing you few fixes to solve this....

Here is a simple fix first....

try pattern 5 times then it will show forget password...
then click on forget password and it will ask for your google account information fill the details
Once you filled the correct details it will ask to draw a new pattern....

If you do not have any details of google account then there are also some other ways to get this back .....

Keep trying the unlock pattern. Once it rejects you it will ask you to sign in to your google account. If you don't have a google account type "null" in the user name line and "0000" for the password. I was locked out of my android phone and used this to get past the unlock pattern and back in to my phone.

hard reset by recovey options

From off Press power and volume + buttons together til reset screen comes on, then select factory reset! This will take it back to when new!

if its legitimate and not stolen just ask the person you bought it from for password or reset to factory settings and put your own pattern lock and email on it

its brand new and you forgot everything already if you did the google mail password assist then open that if dont know that or didnt do it can try provider for assistance and most lockouts are either 1hr or 24hr

Google "How to reset samsung GT 7510" this will also wipe your phone. I'd have thought that the pattern lock patten app could re-enable GPRS for the signing in. is it connecting to wifi? there maybe a way to provide internet access to it via usb.
