Home Depot or Lowe's will have replacements, or find one online. These things are usually standard items.

How to connect water line to water inlet valve

The brass ring cannot be reused. You cannot buy it separately but it is inside any 1/4" fittings available in your local adware store.
be sure to cut the end of the waterline and install the ring on a Fresh section. Also, make sure the waterline is lined up with the valve inlet before trying to tighten up.

The wire that fixes to freezer compartment with a metal prong has come adrift

It sounds like the wire you're describing is the defrost thermostat. The defrost thermostat is responsible for controlling the defrost cycle of the refrigerator. The flat piece of metal with hooks at each end that you mentioned is likely the clip that attaches the thermostat to the evaporator coils in the freezer compartment.
To reattach the thermostat, you will need to follow these steps:
  1. Locate the evaporator coils in the freezer compartment. The coils are typically located in the back of the freezer.
  2. Carefully place the hooks of the clip onto the evaporator coils.
  3. Insert the metal prong on the end of the thermostat wire into the clip.
  4. Ensure the wire is properly seated in the clip and that the clip is securely fastened to the evaporator coils.
  5. Put back the cover panel of the freezer compartment
  6. Check that the thermostat wire is not pinched or crimped and that it has enough slack to move freely.
  7. Plug the refrigerator back in and turn it on.
It's important to note that working with the refrigeration system could be dangerous and it's always recommended to contact a professional if you're not comfortable with the task.

Is it possible for my cat to be allergic to their litter?

Both cats and humans have the potential to be allergic to cat litter. If you think your cat is allergic to the litter the first thing you should do is change the type of litter you are using. You should try a non-clay based litter that does not create silica dust. You may also want to purchase a new litter box; perhaps something made of metal or ceramic.

I have a Whirlpool ET8GTMXK000. The refrigerator was hit accidently on the side, and it quit working. On the very bottom corner on the left back side there is a black spot where it looks as if an...

You are correct, it sounds like an electrical short happened. I am guessing when it was hit, it caused the cord to get pinched in the metal casing. The pinching must have broken the insulation on the cord and the casing is grounded...therefore, instant short. The unit probably wasn't hurt but will need to have a new cord. If you follow the now unplugged cord to the refrigerators electrical connection, it is probably either held on by crimped connectors. Cut those connectors off as close to the connectors as you can (on the opposite side of the power cord). Follow the path of the old cord and remove it from the unit. A new cord can be obtained from a local appliance store or ordered online from places like applianceparts.com. Put the new cord back in the same path the old cord was removed from. Make sure there is no sharp metal to puncture the new cord where the old cord was pinched.
Hope this helps

I have a Dometic 2193 3 way fridge. It works

The flue baffle was the solution that worked for me as well. Below is a response I posted to a similar post.

------

I had a similar problem. The flue would get hot and the cooling tubes would get "warm". The refrig would get a LITTLE cool but nothing to be of any help.

I solved it though...it turns out there is a "flue baffle" (twisty little metal thing) that is supposed to hang in the inside of the baffle. It hangs from a screw found on top of the baffle and it is supposed to hang down.

The screw that held mine was corroded and flue baffle had fallen into the baffle and landed on top of the burner.

I ended up fishing the flue baffle out of the top of the baffle with a coat hanger, then rehanging it using a new screw. That solved my problem.

Not sure if this will work for you or not but good luck.

By the way, you can find an owner's manual with a diagram showing the flue, the flue baffle, and the piece of metal holding it here:

http://www.fourwheelcampers.com/DometicRefrigerator.pdf

Look on p.9, figure 9. Item C is the flue baffle and the wire holding it. Item B is the screw that was corroded on mine, and ended up dropping the baffle down to the bottom of the flue.

Below is a link to some generic directions on solving fridge-related problems. I found it to be VERY useful.

Are there 2 wires that can be seen? And is it flat looking or is it round cable with silver braided wire with white center insulator with copper looking center conductor? If it is the latter you can purchase screw on connectors at most electronics shops. Example...Radio Shack, Home depot, Lowes etc. Good luck and happy tv watching. Jay
