You have halted the firmware due to a failure to load IPL. This is recoverable if you do a hard reset. See your service and programming manuals for hard reset and IPL instructions. Make sure you have the correct IPL and loader for your region. If you don't need to replace the IPL then do not attempt it
switch the key to the Service Mode - hold down the 00 key and unplug
and replug in the machine while continuing to hold it down. this will
reset the RAM that should reset it for you ok let me know how you get on ok
Try pressing clear (CL) then type some numbers and see if they appear on the screen. If not, you probably have keyboard failure. If they work, press clear again and try pressing 1 then CLK# button.
