If you are not a mobile tech go and tell them to flash your phone. Only software can do nothing but we need many other equipments to do this it cost more than 5000/-(INR).

Remove the battery and the memory card from the phone,check for corrupt files on the memory card with a scan on your PC- card reader. Remove and format if necessary. Reset battery and open menu settings to open link to restore to factory settings- now type 12345. If this wont work then you must reinstall the software. check with Nokia care.

if only one game is not opening on ur phone then it might be not compactible but if all the games are not opening then you need to instal explore and hack ur phone ie.unlock the c:/bin drive
