SOURCE: Water gets drained automatically without fills the water

HI there. You drain out pipe need to have a kink and the kink need to be higher than the highest point of when the machine is filled with water or else gravity will let the water drain out as you fill it up. HOpe it works.

SOURCE: samsung fully automatic washing machine

HI The drive belt (or belts) of a washing machine may become worn or damaged, causing noisy operation or stopping the washer entirely. A damaged drive belt is easy to replace. Remove the back panel of the washer to gain access to the belt. To remove the belt:

Step 1: Loosen the bolt on the motor bracket and move the motor to put slack in the belt.

Step 2: Remove the old belt and stretch a new one into place on the pulleys.

Step 3: To put tension on the new belt, use a hammer handle or a short pry bar to push the motor into position while you tighten the bolt in the adjustable bracket. The belt should have about 1/2 inch deflection when you press on it at the center point, midway between the pulleys. If the belt is too loose, it will slip on the pulleys, causing the machine to malfunction. If the belt is too tight, it will wear very quickly and will probably become so hot that it will start to smoke or smell.

Loose pulleys can also cause problems. Most pulleys are fastened to shafts with setscrews around the hub of the pulley. These screws must be tight or else the pulley or belt will slip. The resulting malfunction may seem to be caused by a faulty motor, but it can be corrected by tightening the pulleys and adjusting the belt. For this reason, always check the belts and pulleys before working on the motor.

SOURCE: automatic washing machine plumbing requirement

The automatic clothes washing machine counts on a pressured water system - like what is provided in a town / city or from a well that has a pressure system to deliver water at pressure like when you open a valve for a bath tub, sink or shower.
You need to have a plumber provide valve/faucets for both hot and cold water. The valves are sometimes called a "hose bibb" with a threaded end that the hoses connect to and then are connected to the back of the washer. When the hoses are connected and the valves are open, the automatic washer will open a solenoid valve when the time is right to allow water to flow in, then closees. Some owners keep the hose bibb valves open forever after they connect the washer, others close the valves after they are done washing all loads for the day/week.
You will also need a drain provided that connects into the house plumbing. The Whirlpool Duet provides the drain hose from the washer which drops into the pipe the plumber provides. It is important that the drain pipe allow air to move past the washers drain hose, to allow proper draining.
Hope that helps. Please post back how things come out, OK?

I hear some different noice along with slight vibration, when water filling in the washing machine. my washing machine model is Whirlpool F65 fully automatic one 2 one 2 wash. Its need any service?

Could the sound be described as a chatter / rapid clicking?

If so, it's probably the inlet valve for either the hot or cold water which is not opening all the way due to a dirty/malfunctioning solenoid valve.
