Try a Power Reset. Disconnect from the wall plug. Wait 5 minutes and plug back in. If that doesn't fix it, you need a service call. They have a history for control board failure.

Page 6 in this manual says it is indicating accessibility to settings.

If you are in Celsius that is about right if in Fahrenheit it is freezing.

Without a manual for it its impossible to tell.

When it comes to cooler degrees the only thing you should be worried about is the time that will take your bottles to age. When the temperature is below 10 Celsius the aging process stops but there is no danger to your wine at all.

You should have no problem finding a large selection of wine coolers this size. I found you a few sites that I think are worth checking out; however you may want to do a little searching of your own as well to compare prices.

usually bad power supply, if the cooling fan isn't running either. These are horribly inefficient coolers that use a lot of power to accomplish little cooling. The power supplies are quite notorious to burn up.

If your supply is 12vdc output, you might be able to replace it with a supply from radio shack. dont use a battery charger though.
