Have a Phillips 47PFL7403/F7. The two Large main capacitors on the power supply board are bulging and hot. TV Symptoms are: TV turns on and plays for several minutes normally. Then the picture disappears but the sound remains. Problem will repeat if turned off then on. Have you heard of this problem before ? I am hoping that replacing the largest main high voltage capacitors 450v 150uf Panasonic Series TS-ED capacitors I think, (in the center of the PS PCB) will correct the issue, I hope its not the inverter board also. All other capacitors look normal. I am a tech and only need any advice you can provide. I have not seen this specific TV problem on a LCD Phillips before. I rarely see Phillips TV's. Not sure if I have one problem or two. Anyone who has had experience with SOLVING this issue please reply. [email protected] . If that large capacitors is defective, the TV should still power up normally but it might produce a humming noise through the speakers.
I would suggest to check very carefully the capacitors on the secondary side of the circuitry, specially the 1000uF that filter the 5vdc line.
Let me know if you require further assistance.

Power supply board u fixed before was good, but the tv main Tuner signal board it was working on it last leg.Distorted picture screen loud static noises are the indications of the tv main Tuner signal board are not regulating signals of all of those ICS output on the tv main Tuner signal board it is dying and now it is dead.Don't change the T-CON bord it is good.Tries Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish tv main Tuner signal board for the replacement.
I would start with checking the power supply 12vdc output, make sure it is stable with no ripple. If the power supply checks out fine, I would then suspect the main board.
