F02 is a drain problem. I took the back off the washer and cleaned out the drainage hose and I guess its a holding tank before it goes out. Both were very clogged with STUFF cleaned it all out now it works better than ever.

SOURCE: goes through wash rinse

pump or outlet hose blocked, there should be a door at the bottom front of the machine to access the filter and possibly a small capped hose to drain the water before opening the filter.

SOURCE: Hi our Bosch exxcel washing

Hi gillsteer,

I believe your drain pump filter is just clogged. The drain pump is trying to pump the water out before the Spin cycle, but can't. Usually this is caused by a foreign object that is obstructing the impeller. See my tip on how to access, drain & clean the Drain Pump Filter:

ACCESS, DRAIN & CLEAN THE DRAIN PUMP FILTER

After this, the Spin cycle will run, after the drainage procedure. If it does not, then you may need to replace the Drain Motor. Which is a easy task.

Kind Regards :-)

SOURCE: Can't stop beeping at end of program. The solution

Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

Sorry but as I have no idea what the symptoms were and solution was for a previous posting (without detail) I am guessing at a possible solution;-0)
It's very worth while carrying it out anyway!

I would gently suggest as a first step that you clean the drain motor/pump lint tray/filter. So many 'faults' are caused by blocked filters and many machines will not even go to rinse or spin or release the door lock if there is any water still left inside.
Following are my complete and hopefully 'coverall' pre-typed guidance notes for checking both the drain motor filter and the drain motor ;-0)
REMOVE POWER AND ENSURE YOU HAVE A WATER RECEPTACLE/RAGS TO SOAK UP THE WATER WHICH IS BOUND TO POUR OUT (alternatively use a wet vac as sensibly suggested by VinnyB1234!)
If you are unsure where the filter is, it is often behind the front lower (kick) panel (or in some machines at the rear in an awkward position!). These panels are either held on by (plasic) screws or will just pull off. Most filters are held in by a round cover/knob. Sometimes the filter will not come out with the cover and you will have to persuade it to come out to play.
It's surprising what people have found in theirs! It is always worthwhile checking it on a regular basis.
Now- whilst the filter is removed it is normally possible to see the drain motor and ensure it is not jammed by a foreign object such as a needle or a toothpick. It should be able to be turned by hand/finger- the power IS OFF!
At this point it is also possible to test if the motor works. No clothes or water in the machine, select a spin cycle and put the power back on. You should be able to see the motor turning at some point, possibly straight away. Using something suitable like a glove see if it is easy to briefly slow the motor down. If it is easy then the motor is malfunctioning.

If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!

Hotpoint washer Won't rinse

your cold water valve will be your problem or you've turned the water supply off, if the supply is not off put the machine on to the final rinse if it fills it will be the main rinse valve gone. The cold water valve is a double one with 2 solaniods. Unplug the machine turn water supply off remove fill hose there are 2 screws keeping the top on, remove them lift the lid off.undo the screws that keep the valve on, take note wiring and remove pull the black hoses off, replace with new one. The resistance of the valve will be around 3.4 kohms
