How to install printer canon LBP1120 in win 7 64 bit?

I can not find the driver for Win7 64 bit. how can i install my printer?

According to MicroSoft (and searching the Canon site for drivers) they have not released drivers for that printer and Win7 (which seems very odd as long as Win7 has been out.

doesn't work, and canon tech support in Aus say they're not providing a driver - so the printer turns to scrap. What an arrogant response to win7 from canon,i'll not buy another canon printer, that's for sure!

you are in a bit of a situation there it seems the lbp-800 is not compatible with windows 7, and canon have not released drivers for either vista/windows 7

You are out of luck on this one. There is no Win 7 driver for this model. There may be a generic 32bit driver but certainly nothing 64 bit.

If you are really stuck , you could always dual boot with XP and Win 7 on the same machine. Its messy but create your doc in win 7, reboot into Xp and import the doc into Xp and print it. Personally i would but a newer printer.

Canon lbp printer drivers for windows 7, 64 bit
Canon have not produced a win7 64bit driver. I cannot find any trace of any 64 bit driver. the nearest is the vista 32 bit driver. All you can do is plug in your usb cable and let win 7 find a generic driver. It will be limited in what you can do but may just get you up and running.

Iwant to setup canon lbp2900 with win7. it was
First you'll need to visit the manufacturer's website to determine if this printer is compatible with Windows 7 and has drivers for it.

1.) If so, then you'll need to download the appropriate drivers (64 bit or 32bit also?).
2.) Install the drivers you just downloaded by double-clicking the file.
3.) Follow on-screen instructions and after the installation is complete, it might ask you to reboot your computer.

That should do it!

Is their an updated driver for windows 7 ulimate
I see Win 7 drivers were posted late 2009 and some of the other software was updated last month. However, there are no Win7 Ultimate drivers that are different than the rest of the Win7 drivers.
