Congratulations !! Now finally you can buy new TV for you. Same case happened with my ViewSonic LCD Monitor. Its due to damaged PCB behind LCD panel. Check if you are lucky by searching PCB for your TV.

hi ; your LCD TV has a fuse, but you said it has orange light. maybe there's problem with power supply try some basic troubleshooting you have to remove back cover ,then check power supply section, some power supply has built with inverter board that supply the bulb of LCD. check for bloated capacitor ,you can do some soldering by removing capacitor.
try to watch this http://www.youtube.com
if you know how to solder, or even disassemble the back of LCD TV. if this procedure wont help, maybe some parts has a failure. make some comment so i can help you more further. thanks ,, hope this help........
hi;
your LCD has power supply failure,
maybe loose solder (always happens because of heat on board)
and maybe some capacitors have changed value or bloated.
if you have any background in electronics.try this minor solution.
remove cover at the back of your LCD, find the power supply board check if it has some capacitor bloated.(power supply board has many big capacitor and small transformers) you can do some repair from that problem, by replacing those capacitor. be sure to replace same value and put to right polarity, because capacitor has a positive and negative size. if you know how to solder or use a soldering iron, try to watch this for some tips on repair. http://www.youtube.com if this wont work maybe your TV has other problem, thanks .... be generous for giving some rate.......

Plasma and LCD TV sets are prone to having capacitors in the power supply section fail. This is the most likely cause for the probem you describe. When capacitors fail your will commonly see one or more of the following symptoms.

hi...if you have plug the TV in 22oV instead of 11V..it automatically blown the fuse..the power supply has this Varistor it will shorted and blown the fuse if detected high voltage....I suggest you replace the fuse and check for any other defective parts in the power supply section....check for bloated capacitors.. shorted power switching transistor... if none TEST RUN..let see if your TV will switch ON...please rate and vote...
hi...seems to be a defective power supply..do not try to turn the TV on...it should be immediately check to avoid much worst problem....try to check the power supply section for any bloated or bulgy capacitor (electrolytic type)..if you find one or two replace this w/ same value......the ON/OFF of your TV is caused by these leaky capacitor..it insufficiently gives the power needed by the board.....hope this help...don't forget to rate and vote..thanks....
The possible problem of your monitor is may be cold solder, bloated elec. capacitor or defective lcd panel. If you found that bloated capacitor replace it and resolder all pins of inverter area. Defective lcd panel could cause of display flicks then immediately off.
Hello,This sounds like a capacitor malfunction. Check the capacitors on your power supply boards (there should be two of them one is the AC input board and the other is the main DC switching powersupply). I have seen this before and every time it has been a series of dried out and bloated capacitors, effecting voltage regulation.Check for bloated capacitors and replace them, then check the voltages at the test points to make sure they are within specifications.You will need a multimeter, and the schematic for this TV set.I hope this helpsThank you,Shuttle83http://www.electron-age-technologies-llc.com
