I had the same problem, but after pressing the OK button when the paper jam came up again I pressed the CANCEL button and was able to print my document. See if that works for you too.

SOURCE: Paper Jam HP 1350 All-In-One

The back of the HP psc 1350 DOES open! I got a 4x6 photo paper stuck too. After finding no help in the HP software manual, I accidently noticed that if you look closely at the back that grey area that looks like it should come off does! If you look closely you will see an arrow to the left of the gray panel. You can push right and pull toward you at the same time and the panel comes off where you can easily take out the stuck photo paper.

Why does my kodak esp c315 printer keep jamming when I use kodak photo paper

Here is a link to the maual. Be careful about printers. they get dirty fast. The rollers skip and jam up and need to be cleaned. I once found a ribbon in one where a child tried to run it through. If you have had it a while it probally could use a going through.

My kodak printer esp 3.2 is giving me an error code 3533 paper jam but there is no paper jammed and when i put new paper in it, it still wont print and keeps giving me the same error code 3533

Turn off the printer and unplug it. Open the top access panel. Inside on the left you will see three round, white gears. Rotate the gear closest to the front back and forth with your finger. If any scraps of paper appear near the rollers, remove them. Close the top access panel. Plug in and start the printer. This worked for a Kodak ESP 3.2.

My kodak All-in-one printer ESP9 goes instantly in paper jam. Checked for a paper jam and found no paper jam or any paper anywhere inside machine. Pressed down on "OK" button and printer...

Had same issue with my ESP 9, called up the kodak support lines and spoke to them over the phone, getting a replacement sent out free of charge and I've owned this for 1 year and 4 months and only had one prior printer jam which righted itself in the past. Seems like ESP 9's are prone to the unfixable printer jam.
Best bet call kodak and get it sorted.

Paper jam

You are receiving this error message because there is a paper jam or the top (photo) tray is not securely in position and the printer cannot initialize. This error message can appear for an ESP 7, ESP 9, ESP 7250, or ESP 9250 all-in-one printer.
To resolve a paper jam, we have an easy Step-by-Step Solutions and Repair tool. Within the tool, select All-in-one printer, then Paper jam.

When you clear the paper jam:
  1. Make sure you open the paper output tray and inspect the top tray for photo paper that could be jammed inside or that remains in the nip at the entrance.
  2. Pull out the bottom paper tray and clear any paper jams.
  3. Remove the duplexer from the back of the printer and clear any paper jam.
NOTE: Curled photo paper could induce a paper jam. To prevent curling:
  • Store un-printed paper in a tightly closed plastic bag or in its original packaging.
  • Store sealed packages of paper flat, and not on
  • When you are ready to print, take only the paper intend to use immediately.
To remove curl in photo paper:
  1. Place the paper in a plastic bag or in its original packaging.
  2. Gently bend the paper in the opposite direction of the curl, then insert it into a tube-a paper towel tube works well.

NOTE: The tube should be larger than 1.5 in. (4 cm) in diameter.
  3. After a few minutes, remove the paper from the tube.
  4. Remove the paper from the plastic bag or packaging.
  5. Verify that the curl has been removed from the paper. Repeat the steps above if necessary.
If the top paper tray is not securely in position and the printer cannot initialize (you may hear a grinding noise, and the top paper tray will not open), contact Kodak.

Paper jam

Yes, put it in the box and take it back, and don't look back. A paper jam is the least of it's problems. Wait till you keep track of the ink you use: 4 4X6 color pictures, and 85 black printed pages before you have to replace the inks. I know , I have one, 3 printheads replaced, and recently Kodak send a rebuilt printer. Kodak has big problems with this.
Get an HP printer.
