Cancel the bottom half of my screen on my phone had a small crack in it now the whole bottom half of the phone does not work if any apps are on the bottom I cannot open them unless I rotate the phone

on a 3g iphone the glass/digitizer replacement is pretty easy, definitely much less than replacements of ATT or Apple if you can do it yourself, there are iphone repair guides websites that guide you through the repair step by step, but you should have done something like this before.

The software of the phone must have gone corrupt. Take it to the authorized person and may also have to change your scren curcuit or the whole software.

Repairing the damage to your phone cannot be performed 'at home'. You'll need to take (or send) it to a repair center to determine the amount of damage it has sustained and the exact parts that will be needed to fix it properly.

If you have insurance on your phone with your cellular provider you can have it replaced -as cell phones being dropped are covered by most insurance policies.

Take the phone to one of your cellular providers Retail Stores that has on-site tech support and repair. They will be able to perform a more accurate assessment of the damage and cost to repair it.

You have a broken digitizer or touch panel. Apple should give you a replacement. If you're out warranty, you can try to open it and replace the touch panel.
