Cannot perform administrator tasks. It asks for a password and I never set one.

The Administrator (or Admin) account on your computer is the account that has access to all computer resources and which can perform any task in the operating system.

Log into your computer with your Admin account.
Click the "Start" button, click "Control Panel" and open the "User Accounts" section.

Click on the "Administrator" user account and then click the "Change Password" link.
Type in your current password for the computer, and then type in the new password you want your account to have.
Click the "OK" button, and the password for your Admin account is immediately changed.

When you boot up to the log in screen type in administrator to log in once you have your computer running again you have to take control (administrator)control panel user accounts on the users tab,click the name of the computer administrator you can change the password there or if your computer has a system restore you can restore it to an earlier date which will have your personal settings

During the boot up process you will see on the screen for a short amount of time press a certain key to enter set up

Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS scroll down to set user password or supervisor password you can change or remove your password from there

click start control panel user accounts on the users tab,click the name of the computer administrator you can make yourself the administrator of your computer there which will give you all rights to change whatever you want on this computer

Create a different user account. You won't have administrator permissions but you still may be able to perform the task you were trying to do when it prompted you for a password.

I came up with a temporary fix by changing the Run as: from "Toshiba-ea\Toshiba" to "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM". This allowed me to schedule the tasks accordingly. Note that I still do not know the password for Toshiba!
