You can go on your smart tv and sign up for netflix with a debit card put make sure you pay your subscription every month if you don't pay they will end your subscription

Most tablets have an app store. if you have one go there get the netflix app and then logon to your account if you dont have one you need to signup and pay $7.99 month for free movies. if you have a smart tv. then you need internet access to and keyboard to go to netflix.com, unless your tv has this app program already on it. then its just a matter of internet.

Unable to access netflix movies

Try uninstalling the Netflix app then shut the tablet completely down wait 1 minute then reboot. Then reinstall the app and set up the password again.
