Ilo tv i just bought an ilo tv from walmart.it was the display tv and it came without control.whan you connect the tv is just fine but a few seconds later the color is gone and the picture is in black and white.the tv is  a flat screen tv 27 " i can get to the menu and change the option but still is in black and white

I own an ILO TV that is still under the extended warranty. I've had it repaired twice since May 08 and it has failed again. Since it is still under warranty, I will send it back in to be repaired.... again. If I were you, I'd cut my losses and buy a new TV from any store except Walmart.

i too went 3months with no remote or codes finally a young tech at walmart in another town told me to use 0171 code but cable guy set me up on cable remote to turn tv on and off tech told me to get a one for all remote 9.99 at walmart and code it but to also push setup code for tvdvd and enter code i use cable remote for tv viewing and the one for all to reach video 2 (press tv/vid button twice) for games and dvd player now i can access menu and use my tv as it should hope this helps

I had a problem with ilo tv. It stopped working. Would only turn on and off. It was bought at the end of last December. The department manager could do nothing to help me. I called the regional office in Arkansas and left a message. 2 days later my local store called me with an offer for an in-store credit. I was pleased with that and my problem was solved. For the ILO TV Emerson Code 198 Works for the Jumbo Universal Remote. I bought one for my mother and had the same problem

try pressing the channel or volume buttons. They turn on the tv as well. Maybe the the remotes might cooperate with the tv.

I beleive that in the thunderstorm the HDMI port was blown. There are many reports of this happening and many people are having troubles getting it fixed. The return percentage is very high on this TV. You will need to return the TV to Walmart to have them fix the HDMI port or even ask for your money back. Hope this helps.

With remote control click TV Menu, scroll down to "Sound" click right toggle arrow, scroll down again to "Speaker" and make sure it is set to "Internal" if useing TV speakers or "External" if routing sound output to a stereo or surround system.

if your tv is on warranty take it back for another one the tv is factory defect.if in the future you need manual for your electronic items go to www.service-manual.net good luck.

Use an S-Video cable and change the video mode to S-Video--should work fine. Good luck.
