You could try looking through the old emails on your various accounts to see which one has the "welcome" email that apps often send when you first sign up with them. Then you would know which email you used.
Not sure if I understand your question. My favorite Bible app is Blue Letter Bible. This can be found on the app store. It has most all of the translations including NIV. I prefer King James, but to each his or her own. Best of luck!
I have.It's pretty good, if someone wanted to read the Bible wherever they went, this would be the app to do it with even thought search does not return any findings. Another advantage is the fact it's free.
