After cleaning,with coffe bean full,the coffe grounds container is empty and clean...but the lamp is always on,and the machine can't make a coffe cup...

I think the microswitch that sensors the front door is not activated. Try to find it and "give it a massage" The machine resets the counter for the grounds container every time the door switch is activated.

I had the same problem about a month ago and contacted customer services because its still in warranty - they suggested it may be the diffuser and sent a new one - which solved the problem. The attached invoice showed it as costing GBP 15.03 (although it was free under warranty).
