Question about Apple iPad (16 GB) WiFi Tablet PC
HELP PLEASE!! My IPAD Mini is stuck/frozen. I can see the wallpaper background and the slide to turn on IPAD but it wont slide to turn on. When I hold down the sleep/wake to shut it down it goes to the slide to shut down at the top of the screen and cancel at the bottom as usual but it wont slide to shut down. I tapped many times at the cancel button and it finally cancelled and went back to the slide to turn on and it wont budge. Is there any way to fix this??
When to apple store tap 3 time on screen will reboot and go to setting general and accessibility voice should be off or tell Siri to turn off voice over that what apple tech did it working fine

Try removing the battery for 30 seconds.

Try reseting the iPad by holding the home and power buttons simultaneously until the iPad completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.
Once the Apple logo appears you can release the buttons. If this does not work, you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.

SOURCE: IPad shuts down itself
It seems that you've already tried reset (holding the home and power buttons, right?) the iPad and it does not work.
So you may need to connect your iPad to your computer and do a factory restore using iTunes.

SOURCE: On my new iPad 3, when I push the home button to get out of a program, it does not work. I push & hold and nothing happens. I have rebooted the iPad several times, nothing. What should I try next.
It may be a hardware fault, what I would do is given that it is a new ipad take it to the local Apple Store and they will either replace it and have it repaired.

SOURCE: My ipad mini keeps shutting off
I would first try doing a hard reset. Hold the home and power button down simultaneously until the iPad completely turns off and the Apple logo appears. You can ignore the slide to turn off button when it appears.
If that doesn't solve the issue I would make an appointment with your local Apple Store and have the device checked out by an Apple Genius.
Hope that helps!
