Why my parrot doesnt made any sound whenpeople calls me? people can listen me, but i cannot listen.

hi, try using the object push in your settings. this happened to me and i had to install a program from my work and then object push. worth a try.....

You need to reset the Parrot first.

Hold down red and green buttons together until she tells you that the memory is being cleared. Then she will prompt you to pair your phone.

Then, and only then does the Parrot allow the iPhone to pair, and it will bring up the code prompt for you on the iPhone.

If you have had the parrot a long time you will need a software update, this can be done from a laptop with a bluetooth dongle. Try Parrot.com/support you can also try sending the contacts via bluetooth to the parrot one by one.

SOURCE: I have just bought a new apple I phone 4. I can

remove all the previous paired phones from the parrot memory and then try again. if this dont work then you will need to have the software of the parrot updated. You can do this yourself but you will need a laptop with bluetooth. then download the software from parrot web site.
