How do I take off the wooden facing on a Hoover HFI 3015 dishwasher

Check out the micro switch on the door seems to not indicate that the machine is properly closed or your outlet pump is blocked and needs to be cleaned out,cause it is clogged up and cant remove water properly

Turn it anti-clockwise to remove and clean, and yes there will probably be some water run out, so have a cloth/s ready to mop up water.
If the filter handle has a screw in it, undo the screw before trying to move it.

On models that do not have disengageing clips for the top to be removed, you must remove the front (face panel) and this is usually done by 2 small screws at the bottom of the front panel. Then you tilt the front out and will be able to unhook the front from the top. Now, you need to undo a small bolt or screw inside between the top and the side panel (there is one on each side). There are two options here; Go to the Hoover UK website and download the user manual (http://service.hoover.co.uk/manuals/Manuals.aspx?Section=6) and add in the DM6227 code and number without the T letter. The pdf downloadable (and free) user manual will upload to your computer.

Or follow this method:
There are two rear screws on the top of the hood of which you'll have to swing the handle all the way down to reveal both screws at the back of the top hood. Undo these screws and put them in a safe place. Then gently prise off the main control selector height dial and the top hood should be able to pop off easily. Then you'll main roller brush should be revealed as well as the broken belt.

Once the belt is removed, clean the brush roll of any threads or hairs that have stuck the bristles down. Then fit new belt, align the roller bar properly including the new drive belt and then refit the top hood back on, snap fitting down, two screws in and gently refit the control dial height adjuster back on making sure the front raised part of the dial knob is facing the Hoover.

typically there is a metal trim around the wooden front. on the sides of the dishwasher door you will see some small screws. remove those screws and the wooden panel can be easily removed.

A metal bad with a spring on each end is used to couner balance the door. Take off the curved plastic moulding at the front bottom 2 screws at front and 2 underneath.
Then remove as many screws as you can that secures the left hand casing you just need to get to left hand side near the bottom.
Once there you can check if both springs are secure it is probable that one of these has become dislodged you can get some pliers and bend the hooks better so that it will not happen again.

it is quite simple to remove the door panel .around the inside you will see some screws along the edge of the stainless steel panel .these are torx 20 bit size there are usually 2 or 4 that need undoing and are usually the 2 at the corner near the top and 2 half way down the sides these go through the panel and into the wooden door also on some models there are 2 along the side of the stainless panel hidden behind plastic grommets remove the ones from the edge first you can tell if they are the right ones becuase of the length try each one at a time if they are short screw them back in and try the next finally losen the ones at the side if you have them and the door will fall forward lift it upwards with the door slightly closed and it will come of the two metal clips at the bottom refitting is in reverse usin the old door as a template to measure and refit the brackets hope this is of assistance
