When i insert my sim card my phone gives a message sim unavailable please contact service provider and gives 2 options SOS and Call. i asked my service provider about the puk code which i have with me(now), so where do i enter it as the phone is not giving any option of entering the puk code to unock my sim??

you need first to have the phone unlock by taking it to a mobile store, then also have them firmware reflash on the phone.

the unlock code that u have entred didnt match n has corupted ur phones software .u need to visit any nearby Samsung authorised service centre and ask the to upgrade ur phones software and once its done ur phone will function as before
