If you want to add the application icons to the bottom of the screen (or Dock) there are a couple of ways to do this.

1.) Open a window in Finder and go to 'Applications', simply drag the application you want to appear in the Dock toward the bottom of the screen and release when the app icon is where you want it to be.

2.) Launch the application you want to appear in the Dock. When the app is running, the icon will appear in the Dock on the right side, to make it stay there even when you quit the app, simply right-click (if mouse supports it) or control click and from the pop-up select 'Options' and chose 'Keep in Dock'.

You can move the icons around in the Dock by click and holding on them and dragging them around to the location you want... and to remove an icon from the Dock just drag it off the Dock into the main area of the screen and release.

Again and again it asks to change time zone

Are you asking how to fix your computer if it keeps changing timezones and/or requires changing timezones in order to function correctly?

Setting the timezone on your mac or windows pc may be slightly different. If you are a mac, simply click on the cogs/Settings icon on your doc (line of icons at the bottom or side of your screen), or go to applications, and choose the "settings" or "system preferences" icon." If you are on a windows computer, usually you click the start button on the bottom left side > applications > "system preferences" or "settings" or similar label.
Once in the system preferences, click on the "time and Date" icon, and usually your computer updates to the right time and date automatically if it is connected to the internet. If not, you can do it manually.

Does this help? if not, please add clarification in the comments.

Where is the Motorola mc55 wireless mac address

Surely you already found the answer by now but if not: Click on the MS start icon (lower left corner of the main screen), on the Start page look for the "Wireless Companion" folder then look for Wireless Status icon and click on it. You will see a list of 8 options; select option #3, IPv4 Status; the MAC address is located at the bottom of the page.

The safari option has disappeared from the bottom of my screen

You have probably just deleted the icon off your dock at the bottom of the screen. What to do is to go to the applications folder find safari and then just drag it onto the dock and that will give you the safari icon back on the dock. Hope this helps.

I have Imac os. I find that some of the Icons dissapear and then reappear.

Which icons are disappearing and reappearing? If you're talking about the Dock (The quick-launch and management area at the bottom of the screen by default), that may have been set to hide it's self, only showing when the mouse is at the very bottom of the screen.
Other icons that come and go are ones that represent volumes such as external hard drives, memory sticks, network places, CDs/DVDs. What icons are being problematic?
Hope that helped, please clarify problems if not!
Oh and by the way - iMac is just that particular type of computer. The Operating System is known as Mac OS. Knowing this will make getting help easier in the future :)

Mac mini display problem

Sounds like your monitor is not set right. Is the monitor LCD or CRT type? You can open system preferences from the top of the screen under the apple icon. Try and see if you can adjust the resolution settings. Also if you have an LCD screen set to "auto" adjust to reset the screen. Good Luck.
