1.Press the Menu button on the printer panel.
2.Using the arrows, navigate to Network, then press OK.Press the right arrow until the Clear Settingappears, then press OK.
3.Select Yes and press OK.
4. After the printer finishes clearing the network settings, unplug it for a few seconds, then plug it in again.

NOTE: If the password was not changed or this is the first time trying to use the SyncThru service, the default SyncThruUser ID is admin and the default Password is sec00000.

Oki 310dn is saying 610:y missing

sounds like its not registering the toner - pull everyhting out - clean all the metal contacts and put back in - should clear it
