I haven't seen the exact model of this refrigerator byself but mostly main pc boards in old model refrigerators back bottom near left side of the compressor... Otherwise you can find on top surface or in the middle of back of the refrigetaror.. That pc board will be covered in plastic box

the correct procedure is to hold the motor n pull the fan blade out holding from the central n removing the clips if any.it should be replaced if its worn out
Fridge is now running! I'll post again, if there is any more to the story. We are now waiting to see if it gets to temp, but it is running. I'd love to find info on a reset code.
I replaced my evaporator fan behind panel in freezer this was not spinning had to remove ice maker and panel to access got parts list emailed from kitchen aid and picked up part at local appliance dealer
please check the air flow to the refrigerator side. it could be a stuck damper motor or damper thermostat. if the fan inside the freezer is running, you should be able to feel cold air coming out off the vents in the refrigerator side. you might have to press the button light switch on the panels to run the fan.
