Question about Proscan 42LA45H 42 in. LCD TV
The TV was fine one night and the nxt morning I noticed the little blue night was not on and I have tried everything and the store (K Mart) would not take it back can you help

If TV is only 6 months old then it should be under warranty and the store should help you claim the warranty from the manufacturer.
If blue light not coming means if it remains red then the remote battery may need replacement. Check the manual on this site and confirm if your remote is ok. You can also push the power on/off button on the TV to check if it changes the colour of the light.

The red white and yellow cables are composite connections. The red/green/blue connections are component connections.
The playstation's composite connections consist of two audio connections- red & white, and a composite yellow video connection. The TV's white connection is the audio, and the red/green/blue are component video. You need an adapter that will connect the one yellow(composite video) to the three red/green/blue (component video) connections

This unit need to be taken to a service center to repair to be tested for component failure. Sounds like your resolution on your computer is set too high for your tv to accept. Try putting your computer resolution down to 1024x768 or lower and see if that works.

if using RCA connector cables, connect the left and right audio cables to D and D1, then connect the Video cable to the video connector right above the S Video port.
