You need to go to MENU, roll down to SET UP
if you roll down you would see at top
"Camera1", "Camera2" and "Memory Stick"
go to Memory Stick and roll down to COPY
go to ALBUM...
and then she ask you...All data in Album will be copied. Ready? touch OK ....
Now you create a folder with all the photos in the memory and you can download it.
I hope this help you...Liz Annette PR

O.k. some times these can be rather difficult to remove, especially if you had a bad download. Start by going to filehippo.com and downloading CCleaner. CCleaner is extremely useful in these situations, and is also a good tool to use on a regular basis in order to keep your machine running smoothly and at optimum performance. Once you have the CCleaner, then open the shockwave and check to see if there is an automatic update setting, if so, disable it. Also disable any features that you can. Now, open the CCleaner, and in the tools section, remove the shockwave player. The tools section is an uninstaller that works better than the Windows add and remove programs. After removing the shockwave, run the registry cleaner, then the regular cleaner. Don't worry about backing up the registry file to be removed/fixed, the cleaner will not delete any necessary fies unless you have set it to in the advanced options. I don't recommend adjusting any of the advanced settings. If the CCleaner will not remove the shockwave in the tools section, then run the registry cleaner first, then remove it, then the registry again, then the regular cleaner. In some instances there is a glitched registry file that will not allow the removal, and usually this glitched registry file was the corrupted file in the bad download and the reason it didn't work properly.

I think if you send the pics to your online t-mobile account and access it through your computer. You should be able to save it to your comp by right clicking the pic and saving it in a folder most common in your pics folder if you have a pc. Not sure for mac users.
