How to fix error code F2-40

It sounds like a defective toner cartridge. You can try removing it and shaking it well and then Reinstalling it. Power the machine off and back on and see if it works. If that doesn't work you can try another toner cartridge. Also if the cartridge is empty and you keep installing it, it will disable the cartridge and the code will come up immediately when that cartridge is inserted.

• F2 with sub code 00 - Toner Sensor problem, ID pattern reading error;
• F2 with sub code 02 - Toner Motor problem, check toner dispenser motor;
• F2 with sub code 31 - Image Density error, Check the light level or the drum surface reflectivity;
• F2 with sub code 32 - Drum Mark sensor, missing/dislocated mark or sensor faulty. Sensor cannot scan mark properly;
• F2 with sub code 33 - grid voltage wrong, either too high or too low;
• F2 with sub code 35 - grid voltage correction will not work during simulation;
• F2 with sub code 37 - drum mark sensor adjustment required.

C 0010H - Color PC drum malfunction.Check the motor for proper drive coupling and correct as necessary.Check the motor connector and the electrical board connectors and the mechanical transport drive components(gears,couple).

E020-04a0 is a defective drum unit or a drum unit unable to produce the correct color density needed by the machine. E020-0Xa0. X being the color the code points to, count from left to right if you open ur toner door and look at the colored stickers. Just Replace the black drum and ur good to go Part Number is 7625A001AA

We have bought this machine on Date-28/07/2011 and it is still in warrenty. now already 11,000 copies put it And the now machine shows F2 indication after starting and the company not repairing it. And the after sell service of company is not good.We tell the company to change the the machine or repair and they neither repairing it nor changing the part.
I request you to solve my problem please.

toner model error

E020 indicates a Black Toner malfunction. If you've recently changed the toner and failed to distribute the toner by gently shaking it from side to side, this could be the cause of this error or if the toner is very low it could trigger the same error.
01B0 is a drum error related to your toner error message. If toner cartridge is good, remove the cartridge, clean the drum, replace the cartridge and both errors should clear. A dirty drum will also trigger your 1st error e020.

C0F37: Abnormally high toner density detected by Black ATDC Sensor
Toner density that is 4 % or more higher than the target level is detected ten consecutive times during a print cycle, ATVC, or image stabilization sequence.

No reset need to fix fault then clears...

Replace Toner Cartridges with Gen OKI new ones... are you using non oki product? Cause Toner carts, thats where I would start looking cause the error is the machine not receiving correct information from a little chip built into the toner cartridges to allow operation to begin.
