How to replace outer glass on oven door
You have to take the inner glass off first to get to the fixings for the outer glass. its normally 4-6 screws holding the frame for inner glass in place good idea to keep the parts in order for refix.

The metal bars go under the top door handle part, put them under the part you need to screw back in.

inner door glass part number 4449259.. youll need to remoe the door from the unit and lay it on the table, thats the hardest part, theres a few different ways the door releases, so refer to your manual if available, then its just a matter of removing the screws form the door until you get to the broken panel, might thake a little time but as long as your patient no need to call service man. probly save $150

Replacing the door glass will not fix the heating problem.
More likely to be faulty heater element, this is located at the rear of the oven compartment, behind a removeable cover.

Hello- I would be careful using the oven mostly because the inner glass will be VERY hot to the touch, meaning you will get burned if you touch it. If you have children I would refrain from using the oven, too risky. If it is just you, or just adults then you should be ok to use it until you can repair it. Keep in mind that you will probably lose a lot of heat out the door and it make take longer to bake. Again, be wary of the inner door glass if you use the oven.
