Im looking for a homemade meal replacement drink recipe. I am on a high protein, medium carbohydrate diet. What would you recommend?

I am on a similar diet as you and I use the following meal replacement recipe from time to time in order to support my nutritional needs. What I do is take about .5 liter of 1% or skim milk, one serving of my chocolate protein powder (I usually use Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard), and half a cup of oats (Quaker) and put them in a blender. I mix them all and then have a delicious, nutritional meal replacement! It comes out to be around 450 calories with 45 grams of protein and 55 grams of carbs.

Shoprider xl4 deluxe has no power on inclines. lucky if it goes a couple of blocks even on the slightest grade ang the battery gauge goes to 1 light. Even with a fully charged battery has no guts on hills...

`Hi. Sounds very much like a loose battery terminal, or a faulty battery lead connector.
I have also had a few machines that can start jerking because of worn or stuck motor brushes.
Also check the high/low speed switch if you have one, they sometimes cause problems.
How old are your batteries, worn out batteries can still be " fully charged", but are unable to supply the current ( amps ), that the motor needs.
Good luck. Neil.

Petrol

please this is not a matter of paying extra money to the goverment. Xtra premium(45.04) at just 1.5 rupee a litre more than normal petrol(43.54) gives back double ur investment in terms of better fuel efficiency and a cleaner engine. Even my vehicles mileage increased drastically from (41 to 55). also two wheeler owners like us wouldn't feel the price diff. (on 6-7 ltrs.) like car owners do. xtra premium really gives a boost to ur vehicle's pick-up. trust me xtra premium is the best 2 wheeler fuel available.,
