I need to block the following number 002348167311615 as the person is harrassing me. When I called BT yesterday they gave me a reference number and told me to follow through the instructions. The reference number is vol 012-96439881320. They are charging me for this and so I like to know what I do?

I post them in my address book as "spam01", spam02...you get the idea. Then I assign them to a group called, you guessed it, spam. Lastly, I assign all the members of eh spam group, the quietest, un-noticeable ring tone on my phone. If I even hear it, I ignore them and don't answer.

When I asked my service provider about this ... they said I needed a court order to get a number blocked.
The reality is that if you do get a court order to block the number, nothing keeps the harasser from using a different number to do the same.
A solution, if you want to go this far, is to file suit against the girl and get a restraining order forbidding any contact or intimidation or approach to a certain number of feet. In my view, this will make the problem worse. It forces all participants and friends of participants to pick sides --- and then how will it be enforced?
A better soilution is to ignore the messages and make new friends. If this is not possible, change the number and protect it.
