Restarting, resetting, or Force quitting the apps.
Restart iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears. Slide your finger across the slider to turn off iPad. To turn iPad back on, press and hold the Sleep/Wake until the Apple logo appears.
Force quit an app: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button on top of iPad for a few seconds until a red slider appears, then press and hold the Home button until the app quits.
If you can't turn off iPad or if the problem continues, you may need to reset iPad. This should be done only if turning iPad off and on doesn't resolve the problem.
Reset iPad: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
Hi, Try refreshing the page F5 key or refresh button on your browser. If that doesn't work you need to update or upgrade your browser.
(old to new) Good luck.
It's actually very easy, once you know how to do it. Click and hold down the Sleep/Wake button (located on the upper-right corner of your iPad). While you're holding down the Sleep/Wake button, hold down the Home button as well (located on the front of your iPad at the bottom). Hold down both buttons until your iPad powers off. It will reboot and start again with a small silver Apple image on the screen. It takes about 30 seconds for the iPad completely start up.
This tutorial will explain how to force your iPad to restart if it gets stuck or freezes up.
Forcing your iPad to restart will not cause any loss of data - with the possible exception of any work you were doing at the time the iPad and/or App froze, forcing you to restart it.

Try restarting it, if your iPad doesn't co-operate with you, then contact apples tech support, they'll ask for your iPads serial number and I'm guessing they'll tell you to refresh it from a computer, any questions contact me
Begin by pressing the hold and home buttons at the same time. The hold button is the one on the top right corner of the iPad. The home button is the round one at the bottom center of the iPad's front
Connect your ipad to itunes then put it in recivery mode
-1 turn on the ipad
-2 keep holding the power button and the home button till the device turns of and then turns on
-3 release the power button and keep holding the home button till u see and itunes photo on your ipad
Now open itunes and restore
Step 1
To reset the Apple iPad you should first locate the power
button. This is the button on the top right corner of the iPad when you
are holding it like a book, with the narrower sides on the top and
bottom.
Step 2
Once you have located this button you will need to simply
hold this button down for about 3 seconds or until you see the red
slider icon (a red rectangle with a white arrow facing toward the right)
come across the top of the screen. The slide area or the area to the
right of the button will be labeled Slide to Power Off.
Step 3
If you want to just reboot to iPad you can do that by
touching the red slider button and sliding your finger along the slider
area toward the right side of your iPad. The iPad will automatically
start shutting down, it may take it several seconds depending on the
amount of space you are using on your iPad and the programs you had
running when you requested the reboot.
Step 4
To turn the iPad back on or restart it after you have shut
it down just press the power button (remember that's the button on the
top right of the iPad).
