It's normal to drink more water, blood pressure is constantly changing. If it's high drink water with lemon if it's too low and coffee.

What are the common causes creating high blood pressure. what can you do to combat high blood pressure.

Not enough exercise- taking regular exercise and losing weight is VERY effective in lowering BP.
Reduce salt intake - fast food is very heavy in salt so eat more fruit and veg, chicken, fish, lean meat.
Lower your cholesterol intake - which can cause narrowing of the arteries and contribute to high BP. Animal fats like that in meat and dairy are the worst but use olive or sunflower oil for cooking, drink semi skimmed milk and control the amount of cheese and red meat you eat.
Hope this helps.

Is blood pressure 91 over 62 to low? i am a 63 year old man.

not really unless you suffer blackouts
when doing your own pressure checks , talk with a doctor first to get safe parameters , when to test, when to drink water ( hydrate) and what is considered high enough to seek medical aid
remember when getting advice about your health , you talk with a doctor , not to the world as there are many different opinions that could lead you to a false conclusion

My son has a sore throat very often. What is the cause?

A sore throat can be a sign of infection but isn't always. Allergies, smoke and pollution are just some of the other things that can cause redness and swelling.

You can use lozenges and pain relief but if it doesn't get any better or you get a fever you should see your doctor.

Are there any good treatments for colds?

With all the wonders of modern science - there is still no cure for common colds. They just go with time, although you can try different options to reduce the symptoms.

Gargling with salt water can really ease a sore throat. Decongestants can help blocked noses and hot drinks with paracetamol can be comforting.
