Says controles locked wont do anything

Well, I could be wrong, but is sounds like a bad control module or control console (keypad).

Sounds like the door lock is faulty...have it replaced.

Press and hold the End of Cycle Signal button for three seconds. This will turn off the Control Lock feature.

Press and hold "end of cycle" button for 3 seconds, on the right side of panel. This is the child lock feature, do it again & it locks.

both the rear passenger side wont unlock ???? How many doors are on the passenger side ? Or both back doors don't unlock ? Two relays lock / unlock the back door's Not the lift gate . The BCM controls the relay's . The relay's are located in the rear fuse box . Under back seat .

The lock symbol is indicating that the door is not locked, and until it is, the washer will not commence the programme.
Make sure you have the door fully closed, and that it is latching properly, if it still does not work, then you may have a faulty lock, or a broken spring in the door handle.

THIS OPTION WILL WORK IF YOU TURN ON IGNITION LOCK AND UNLOCK AND HAVE A TACH WIRE HOOKED UP OTHERWISE IT WONT WORK IT USES THE THE TACH TO LOCK AND UNLOCK DOORS

To disable VCR usage or to protect set timer recordings, the unit can be locked so that the
buttons on the VCR or remote control don’t work.
• To Lock: Press and hold either the remote control’s ON•OFF or VCR button until SAFE
appears in the display to indicate Pro-Tect Plus is active. SAFE also appears if the VCR is
turned on while the feature is activated.
• To Unlock: Press and hold either the remote control’s ON•OFF or VCR button until SAFE
disappears from the front panel display. Unlocking is the only way to use the VCR.

Press 'options' & 'select' for 5 to 6 seconds, controls may unlock (depending on your model) If it is a key you see, it is the child lock.
