What does it mean when i powered on my Dell Inspiron M5030 it beeped 5 times and asked for the system password?

Boot to safe mode then reset it from there

This is a motherboard and power supply issue - you most likely cannot fix it yourself. I have attached a link where someone got their system back up temporarily, but it won't last. You need to replace the motherboard ASAP.

Log on to Dell Support with another computer. Enter service tag and follow instructions from there.
